Dyad Care, LLC operates as an educational platform, not offering medical diagnosis or treatment services.
Professional Advice & Licensed Medical Professionals: The content provided by Dyad Care, LLC is not intended to replace a personal patient-doctor relationship and shouldn’t be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Scope of Practice: No member of Dyad Care, LLC acts as a primary healthcare provider such as a doctor, licensed dietician, psychologist, or any other licensed/registered primary care physician. No services provided by Dyad Care, LLC aim to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease or condition. No member of Dyad Care, LLC is acting in the capacity of a primary healthcare provider such as a doctor, licensed dietician, psychologist or any other licensed/registered professional. No one at Dyad Care, LLC will diagnose, treat, or cure any disease, condition, or other physical or mental ailment.
Responsibility & Consent: Actions based on suggestions from Dyad Care, LLC are taken at your discretion. You understand that you are ultimately responsible for your healthcare decisions. By engaging with our services, you release Dyad Care, LLC from any legal claims. Any actions taken based on the suggestions provided by Dyad Care, LLC are at your own free will. You accept that the ultimate responsibility for your healthcare is your own and that Dyad Care, LLC is here to support you in this. You hereby release anyone at Dyad Care, LLC from all legal claims. Your practitioner reserves the right to determine which cases fall outside their scope of practice, in which event an appropriate referral will be recommended.
Payment & Refund Policy: Due to the service nature of Dyad Care, LLC, no refunds are provided. By availing our services, you agree not to dispute any agreed-upon charges from Dyad Care, LLC. Should you have payment or billing questions, or if credit/debit card details change, please contact Dyad Care, LLC at least 48 hours before any scheduled payment. You commit to pay in full for the chosen service, even when opting for a payment plan.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dyad Care, LLC, its employees, officers, directors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may arise from your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Disclaimer of Warranties: Our services are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. Dyad Care, LLC disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permissible by law, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability: Dyad Care, LLC will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our services.
Changes to These Terms: Dyad Care, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions. While we’ll attempt to notify users of significant changes, it’s your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of our services post-modification signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
