After reviewing your health history, together you and McKale will make monthly goals in addition to nutrition planning, supplement suggestions, and recommendations for environment improvements.
Each month you will re-evaluate together how progress is moving, how you feel about the goals you’ve set and achieved, and what comes next. Once you’ve met the goals set, you are ready to take the skills you’ve learned and apply them for anything you need!
